L-Tyrosine – is an amino acid that will promote the production of neurotransmitters called Norepinephrine and Dopamine. When levels of these neurotransmitters are higher we experience less hunger, less desire to eat and more energy.
Over time the appetite suppressant prescribed for weigh loss doesn’t work as well because they may have depleted your dopamine and/or Norepinephrine levels. L-Tyrosine, at a good enough dose, bumps up Dopamine levels to work as well as they did the first day you took them. The biggest mistake patients make is not taking enough.
L-Tyrosine can be taken 1 to 3 times a day, start with 1 capsule 2 times a day and work your way up until you see results. If you feel it is not working, you are not taking enough. Possible side effects: insomnia, headache or palpitations. This means you are on too much. So decrease your dose. L-tyrosine can be taken by itself and /or with Phentermine. Prolonged use of L-tyrosine may require the use of 5-HTP.
Weight Loss Formula – Weight Loss Formula’s claim to fame is the largest dose of chromium avaliable by a long shot (4,000 m.c.g). At this dose most people have no carb cravings within a few days by helping maintain more stable blood sugar levels. The average dose is between 4 to 6 caps. per day. 5-HTP: 5-HTP is a precursor to serotonin production. L-Theanine: is an amino acid that helps reduce the overproduction of a neurotransmitter called glutamate. By reducing this neurotransmitter the person experiences a level of mental calmness, is able to focus more and feel more relaxed. Take 1 to 2 capsules up to 3 times a day.
Magnesium can be used for anxiety, insomnia, muscle cramps and constipation. For constipation magnesium helps by drawing water into the colon. The increased amount of water in the colon helps in softening stool so it passes more easily. Magnesium supplements are easy to find and cheap, but not nearly a big enough dose to treat constipation. For constipation the minimum dose would be 800 mg. An average dose would be 1200 mg, and some people need 3000 mg.
EPA-DHA – This is good for your brain and heart. There have been volumes written and thousands of studies to show how wonderful this is for your health. Take up to 4 per day of the triple strength gel caps (900mg).
Adrenal Support – Adrenal Support contains the most powerful and effective combination of ingredients for the adrenals ever in existence. The only other way to get these ingredients would

Vitamin D3 (5000 IU) – Vitamin D 5,000 units is 2.5X the upper limit of safety if you believe the government.
